E-mails to Music Village USA are NOT encrypted and for this reason we ask that you not send credit card or banking info via this method.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded. If your purchase was originally shipped free, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your credit or refund.
All returns must show no signs of wear and be in the complete and original packaging and include all original accessories and documentation. This includes but is not limited to owners manuals, blank warranty cards, user guides, etc.
Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number clearly labeled on the return shipping label.
Any failure to adhere to the above listed policy will result in a restocking fee of at least 15%, or may be deemed non-returnable.
Restrictions:
In order to comply with copyright and health department restrictions, as well as to keep our prices and services at the best level the following items are non-returnable
- Special Orders
- Software or any unsealed item containing installable software
- Print Music books, sheet music, DVD’s, sample libraries, etc.
- Over-weight or oversized items (these would normally require special delivery arrangements)
- Unsealed packaged parts of any kind
- Opened clothing including shirts, hats, gloves, etc.
- Items of a personal nature (earphones, mouthpieces, harmonicas, etc)
- Unsealed packages of the following items: reeds, strings, cleaning/care supplies
- Gift certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable
*String instruments including (guitars, basses, mandolins, banjos, etc) priced over $999 must be returned within 10 days and are subject to all other return policies.
**Vacuum tubes, if defective, will be exchanged for identical item only
In order to maintain a generous return policy as well as world class product support we may have to restrict the return policy for any customers with an excessive return history. Those who would abuse this policy know who they are; for everyone else we are dedicated to making your experience with us truly excellent.
Delivery Problems or Freight Damage
While delivery problems or freight damage are rare sometimes s*$% (stuff) happens even to our friendly freight carriers. Please contact us immediately in the event of problems and we can facilitate the proper claim procedures to make sure you receive the quickest possible replacement and credit and the least amount of inconvenience.
How to make a return or report a problem with your order
Please contact us at orderhelp@musicvillageusa.com to report a problem with your order or to get a Return Authorization number. Our order fulfillment staff will work quickly to facilitate whatever steps are necessary to take care of your situation.
