The goal is simple: to create an instrument that exemplifies the finest craftsmanship the Lowden team can achieve. Building off of their best-selling F body shape for a rich, dynamic and balanced tone, we were able to select some absolutely stunning tonewoods for this guitar. Starting with a gorgeous Red Cedar top for depth, warmth and fantastic responsiveness, we paired it with an incredibly figured Myrtlewood back and sides for a great punchy but dynamic bass response. This guitar surpassed all of our expectations to create one of the best sounding instruments we have had come through our store.
