Music Village has a 30 day return policy subject to the below described conditions and time frames:
Items must be in original, as shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All originally included accessories, manuals, and software must be included. Restocking fees will be applied to any products that do not meet this criteria regardless of time frame.
All returns must be pre-authorized by a Music Village team member via phone or email
Authorized returns within 14 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify Items must be in new condition including fully intact and unmarred original packaging, with all included accessories, software, and manuals. Any products that include downloadable software or add-ons must not be registered with the manufacturer to qualify as new. Items that are in other than new condition or have damaged packaging and/or missing items may not qualify for return or may be assessed a restocking fee of at least 15%. If the product originally shipped to you with free freight the actual cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.
Authorized returns 15-30 days from the delivery date will be eligible for refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Additional restocking fees will apply for any missing or damaged packaging, accessories, software or manuals. The following items are non-returnable under any circumstance: amplifier tubes, earbuds, headphones, earplugs, harmonicas, mouthpieces, any mouth played instrument and used items marked 'As Is'. Also excluded are any instrument pickups, parts or software with unsealed packaging. Items that include bundled software may require proof of unregistered or de-registered software and/or product serial #'s.
Please inspect all shipments as soon as possible. Music Village is dedicated to providing you with the best possible musical equipment and service. Please notify us immediately of any missing or incorrect items, so we can correct the issue right away. Should anything beyond our control occur in transit or as a result of a factory defect we want to help solve the issue quickly and efficiently, and we will facilitate all communication with the shipping provider or manufacturer
For any issues resulting from shipping damage and/or defective products please contact us immediately so we can initiate the claim process with the shipping carrier or manufacturer as appropriate. We will issue return shipping tags and facilitate exchange or replacement of products as appropriate. To expedite the process we may ask for pictures of any damaged items or packaging.
