Breedlove Custom Built Concert CE Port Orford Cedar/Walnut Acoustic Guitar

Designing guitars with Breedlove's Custom Shop is one of our favorite things to do, the process is always so fun and the finished product always exceeds our expectations!

In March of 2023 we held a Custom Shop design consultation with Angela and Brittany over at Breedlove via Zoom to select some absolutely stunning sets of wood for three guitars. One of the sets we chose was this incredible set of Figured Port Orford Cedar and Figured Walnut. We wanted to choose very subtle appointments for this guitar to really let the incredible wood sets be the focal point. We chose a Hard Rock Maple neck, stained to match the Walnut back and sides, then used Koa for the purfling and rosette for a very natural and earthy complement to the Port Orford Cedar top. We rounded the design out with a unique Honeycomb inlay to pay homage to our home state of Utah.  

We think this guitar turned out absolutely stunning, and it sounds as amazing as it looks! You cannot go wrong with a Custom Shop Breedlove guitar!
