Free Guitar Restrings and Drawings for Free Gear w/ Food Donation!

The ongoing COVID-19 situation has created a greater than ever need for donations to the Utah Food Bank.  For the past several years we have teamed up with some of our suppliers for a Food Drive event to collect food donations by offering Free guitar restrings and drawings for gift certificates in exchange for donations.

This year in order to facilitate the food drive while still maintaining the necessary social distancing and health guidelines we will be changing our event structure

• Instead of a one day event the dates will be November 7th thru 30th
• Guitars will need to be checked in and picked up after 1-2 business days in order to control the flow of people within the store
• Those who do not wish to leave their guitars can opt to just receive the Free strings
• Masks are required for entering the store
• Customers may call and arrange in advance for curbside drop off and pickup of instruments and/or donations including drawing entries

Free Guitar Restring Event

Our annual Free Restring Food Drive is back! Bring in 6 or more non-perishable food items for donation to our food drive and get your guitar restrung for FREE! That includes strings from Ernie Ball or D'Addario and our Premier Restring Service which includes cleaning and polishing the guitar as well as oiling the fretboard before putting new strings on! All food donations will benefit the Utah Food Bank!

Free Gear Drawings

Free drawing tickets are available for every 6 non-perishable food items donated that are not used towards the free restring offer.  Bring as much food as you can for the most chances to win and support those in need!

 2020 has been hard on all of us in many different ways.  More families and individuals in our community are in need of help putting food on the table than ever, so we would love to make this our biggest food drive ever and help as many people in our community as possible! Come in any time between November 7th and 30th to make a difference in the community and get a fresh set of strings on your guitar or enter drawings for gift certificates and/or free gear.

We hope to have our largest food collection ever and appreciate the extra effort this may require during these unprecedented times.

How many guitars can I get free strings for?  2 guitars per person is the limit

Can I get bass strings?  Bass strings as well as all other string instruments will receive 25% off for the 6 item food donation as well as free Premier Restring Service

How many drawing tickets can I get?  1 for each 6 food items that are not applied to the restring offer - with no limit - in fact the more food we get the better!

How long will the restring service take?  This year due to the Covid19 situation we will need to be checking in guitars for the service and allowing a 1-2 business day turnaround for instrument pickup.  This is being done to facilitate the flow of customers through the store and protect our customers, staff, and the community.
