This D-10 is no exception! Crafted by hand in Oxnard, California this guitar features Rosewood back and sides, lots of abalone inlays, and a unique European Alpine Moon Spruce top.
Typically this model features Sitka Spruce, but when we ordered it we requested that they build it using Moon Spruce, which it tonally between Sitka and Adirondack Spruce. It has the warmth of Sitka with the sparkly punch of Adirondack, you can learn more about it in this blog post. Moon Spruce pairs phenomenally with rosewood for an absolutely incredible sounding instrument that has a warm, rich tone that packs a punch! This guitar plays like a dream!
